Our Online Return Policy

When you purchase something on beadculture.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we make it easy.  
 
Please Note:  Patterns purchased via the Bead Culture website are available as DOWNLOAD ONLY.  We can happily provide printed patterns which can be shipped to you.  Simply call our shop at (517) 841-9173 to make arrangements.  Shipping and handling costs for patterns is $1.50 each.  Your purchased patterns can be downloaded immediately, or anytime within 7 days of your order.

Return Policy Basics
  • Class Registrations may be cancelled (or returned) up to 48 hours before class begins, once inside the 48 hour window no returns will be accepted.
  • Due to the nature of information contained within a pattern, we will not accept any returns of patterns.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition.
  • A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
  • A copy of the customer receipt and a Return Authorization must accompany all returns.
Return Instructions for Class Registrations
  • Classes can be cancelled (returned) up to 48 hours before class begins by contacting Bead Culture (517-841-9173) where an associate will assist you.
Return Instructions for Products Delivered via UPS or USPS
  • Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
  • Pack and tape your package securely.
  • Contact Bead Culture (517-841-9173) to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Include a copy of your receipt and reference the Return Authorization Number.

  • We recommend you insure your shipment.
  • Bead Culture is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery by calling 1-517-841-9173.

Store Credit
Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit, or check.

Our In Store Return Policy

For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures that you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our associates process your return quickly.

Return Policy Basics
  • Class Registrations may be cancelled (returned) up to 48 hours before class begins, once inside the 48 hour window no returns will be accepted.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition.
  • A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
  • Some Special Order returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted for custom made products.
Returns with an original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase
  • Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
  • Any purchase made by cash or with a debit card will be refunded in cash.
  • Any purchase made by a check that has cleared the 10-business day waiting period will be refunded in cash.
  • Any purchase made by a check that has not cleared the 10-business day waiting period may be refunded as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by Store Credit or Gift Certificate will be refunded as Store Credit.
Returns with an original sales receipt after 30 days of purchase
  • A Store Credit will be issued for the original purchase price.
Returns without a sales receipt
  • If you made your purchase in the past 30 days by credit, debit, or check we may be able to look up your receipt for you.
  • If we are unable to look up your receipt a Store Credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price.

Defective Merchandise
We stand behind our products. If you feel something purchased from Bead Culture is defective please bring it to our attention so we can remedy it.

Gift Certificates and Store Credit
Gift Certificates and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.

Note: Bead Culture reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return. Bead Culture reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Bead Culture will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from the Bead Culture location where the original transaction took place.
